Judith is originally from France and immigrated to the US in 2003 with her husband and children.
She has more than 25 years of experience in legal and business capacities in large groups, such as Richemont, Chubb, AIG, in London, Paris and New York City.
In 2012 she left the corporate world to work with her husband, Olivier Dupont, a Corporate Lawyer having founded his own law firm. Judith developed there the Immigration and HR function department organically growing the umbrella of services offered by the law firm. She obtained work visas for Investors, Employees, Artists and Performers, and their families. Upon demand from a larger client who had trouble setting up the HR function in their US spinoff of French operations, Judith learned how to set up an efficient HR function, from sourcing the best PEO platform to setting up template policies, offer letters, and more generally the best HR practices compliant with State Employment Law(s).
Judith graduated from a business school in Paris, ESLSCA. where she earned an MBA equivalent in 1996 and from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where she earned a JD equivalent in 2000, and from Fordham University School of Law, where she earned a Master of Laws in Corporate and Banking Law in 2008. She also earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College, University of London, in 1998.
